Inverter Compressor
Toshiba was the first refrigerator manufacturer to adopt inverter technology, extending its reach to the first generation of inverter compressor technology. Both the compressor and fan are inverters. The fan automatically senses changes in the compressor's cooling capacity and adjusts its speed in four levels, improving cooling efficiency and saving energy by 17%.
Protection against power instability
Toshiba refrigerators are capable of operating from 150 volts to 285 volts, which protects the compressor from power outages and recurrence. Thermal fuses protect the compressor from sudden power changes, which could cause serious damage to the compressor. However, thanks to the thermal fuse, the compressor is completely safe in Toshiba refrigerators.
Humidity Control
