1.1 These items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if the seal on the item's packaging has not been broken. If a damaged, defective or different item was delivered to you, send us a photo of the item to receive a free replacement (when one is available).

1.1.1 In the case of a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact the manufacturer's customer service and provide a documented report confirming it is indeed a manufacturing defect.

1.2 For a successful return, the item must be kept in its original condition: brand/plastic packaging unopened, price and brand tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and original accessories in the manufacturer's packaging.

1.3 For defects found after the 14-day return window, the manufacturer's warranty shown on the product page still applies.

1.4 Water heaters, washing machines and dishwashers must be installed by the manufacturer. If the customer installs the product independently, the warranty is void.

1.4.1 These items cannot be returned once the customer has installed them independently.

Televisions, refrigerators, deep freezers, water dispensers, free-standing cookers, built-in cookers, electric ovens, built-in ovens, cooker hoods, microwaves, washing machines and dryers, and dishwashers.
